Meet Andrew Wexler,
Concierge Real Estate Advisor

Andrew founded a² because he saw a gap in the market: clients with complex, high-value transactions who needed more than a broker — they needed someone who would own the process from start to finish. Someone who picks up the phone, knows the right people, and doesn't let details fall through the cracks.

That instinct was built over three decades at some of the most respected names in real estate — Chelsea Property Group (acquired by Simon Property Group), The Schonbraun McCann Group (acquired by FTI Consulting), and Ashkenazy Acquisition Corp.

Along the way, Andrew developed a network of private bankers, wealth advisors, and senior lenders that his clients benefit from today. His experience spans acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, and financing across retail, office, and luxury residential properties throughout the U.S.
