Meet Andrew Wexler
Andrew Wexler is the founder of A Squared Consulting Services LLC, offering concierge real estate consulting and advisory services. A² was built around the belief that there are no such thing as problems, only solutions.
Prior to founding A², Andrew spent three decades in commercial real estate working at:
• Chelsea Property Group (acquired by Simon Property Group), a publicly traded REIT
• The Schonbraun McCann Group (acquired by FTI Consulting), a boutique real estate consulting firm
• Ashkenazy Acquisition Corp., a privately held real estate investment company
His experience spans acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, and financing of retail, office, and luxury residential properties across the U.S.
